- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with production Go expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting in production
- Experience building high-QPS distributed systems or microservices
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Experience with structured data flows, event-driven architectures, and access control models
Nice to have
- SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance control knowledge
- Experience with cloud-native streaming and event infrastructure
- Strong debugging and systems-level cloud network troubleshooting skills
- Experience engineering PKI infrastructure and secrets managers like HashiCorp Vault
