Required
- Lift and carry 35-50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training
- Written and oral communication skills
- Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency for safety and policy compliance
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Attend safety trainings
