  • Demonstrated track record moving gross retention, net retention, and expansion ARR at scale across enterprise account portfolios
  • Experience owning multi-year enterprise contracts with renewal-based success metrics

  • Pattern recognition and judgment to anticipate customer account trajectories
  • Hands-on involvement across executive QBRs and tactical account planning
  • Track record holding accounts through challenging implementations and organizational changes

  • Comfort with in-office work 5 days per week in New York
