- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years designing and building large-scale web applications
- 2+ years leading architecture design
- Full-stack engineering with modern web technologies
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mentorship and technical leadership experience
