- 8+ years graphic design experience, preferably in product (footwear/apparel) or agency work
- Well-curated portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, and execution
- Experience working with diverse consumers and athletes
- Contribution to research-driven product storytelling
- Ability to manage workload across short-term and long-range projects
- Mentor and motivate designers and teammates
- Stay informed on sport, cultural, and graphic design trends
- Expert knowledge of product design ideation, development, specification, and execution
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Narrative development and communication skills for senior leadership and external partner presentations
