  • Bachelor's degree in materials science, engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of materials and process engineering experience
  • Proficiency in materials and processes qualification, failure analysis, experimental design, and allowables development
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership with technical excellence, empathy, and inclusivity

Nice to have

  • Experience across the full launch vehicle product lifecycle
  • Experience with launch vehicle stage products including primary structures, mechanisms, fluid systems, and avionics
  • Experience with launch vehicle materials including aluminum, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, structural composites
  • Experience with stage M&P disciplines such as fatigue and damage tolerance, corrosion, tribology, and oxygen compatibility
