- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 7+ years designing and delivering avionics or electronics for aerospace or complex systems
- Ability to drive designs from concept through production independently
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, embedded software interfaces, and system-level testing
- Cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
