What this role is
Cleveland Clinic Home Care is seeking an admissions nurse to assess and support patients recovering at home in the Cuyahoga and Summit County areas, working independently with a team while managing wound care, IV therapy, and lab draws. The role suits experienced acute care or home health nurses who thrive with autonomy and want meaningful patient relationships in home settings rather than hospital floors.
