  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
  • 2–5+ years of process engineering or chemical processing experience
  • Knowledge of process optimization, statistical analysis, and root cause methodologies
  • Experience with manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and process control systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in manufacturing and industrial chemical processing environment
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
