- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 2–5+ years of process engineering or chemical processing experience
- Knowledge of process optimization, statistical analysis, and root cause methodologies
- Experience with manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and process control systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in manufacturing and industrial chemical processing environment
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
