What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of statistics, capability studies, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to create technical documentation and work instructions
Nice to have
- PFMEA and Lean Manufacturing experience
- Core Quality Tools knowledge (Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PFMEA)
- Liaison or concurrent engineering environment experience
- AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software proficiency
- ERP, MES, and PLM systems experience (NetSuite, Solumina, Fusion 360)
- Experience with robotic equipment in manufacturing
- Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC) certification
- Success implementing process improvements using Six Sigma
