- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support CPR certification
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and protocols
- Emergency department or acute care hospital experience
