- Experience partnering with sourcing teams, factories, OEMs, and global suppliers

- Hands-on experience leading ERP, PLM, and supply chain systems implementations
- Strong understanding of S&OP, forecasting, inventory management, and delivery execution

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience supporting wholesale, retail, and ecommerce operations
- Experience managing teams and leading operational transformation
- Background producing across multiple product categories, materials, and manufacturing methods

- Footwear production experience in knit, molded, or cemented construction
- Experience producing apparel, bags, or accessories
- Familiarity with owned or vertically integrated factory operations
