What they ask for
Required
- 5 years of professional technical support experience with relevant technologies
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English including technical terminology
- Reside in Greater Spokane, WA region and able to commute to Spokane Valley office
- Work shift schedule 5pm-7pm PST to 4am-6am PST, 4x10 including one weekend day
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Levels 1-3
- Manage multiple cases and escalations with limited mentoring
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credential
- Hands-on experience with WAN operations, network protocols, TCP/IP, OSI Model
- Experience with UNIX or Linux, specifically Red Hat
- VMware or equivalent hypervisor experience
- Network hardware experience
- Exposure to network security domains (Web Application Security, AAA, VPN, DDoS, Malware, Application Firewalls)
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Multiple language skills
