Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Web Operations in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in Python and Terraform with demonstrated history of building developer utilities, CLIs, or infrastructure-as-code modules
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML APIs or LLM tools into internal workflows or operational tasks
- Deep expertise in at least three of: Web Application Firewalls, Load Balancing, DDoS Mitigation, Cloud Operations and Multi-Cloud Networking
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, TLS/SSL, and modern web application delivery architectures
- Exceptional root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to enterprise teams and internal stakeholders
