Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including global or enterprise-level roles
3–5+ years of experience in architecture leadership roles such as Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect
Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry
Experience supporting Commercial and/or Medical business domains with understanding of business capabilities and regulatory considerations
Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, APIs, event-driven architecture, and secure system interoperability
Ability to translate business priorities into target-state architecture, roadmaps, and practical solution designs
Familiarity with formal architecture frameworks and modeling techniques such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business and IT teams

Nice to have

Advanced degree such as MS or MBA
Experience with modern Commercial & Medical platforms such as CRM, omnichannel engagement, and medical communication systems
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Azure, and enterprise integration tools
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, master data, data products, or advanced analytics ecosystems
Experience assessing and integrating AI/ML, generative AI, automation, or cloud-based capabilities in regulated, compliant environments
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with SAFe experience as a plus
