What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including global or enterprise-level roles
- 3–5+ years of experience in architecture leadership roles such as Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- Experience supporting Commercial and/or Medical business domains with understanding of business capabilities and regulatory considerations
- Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, APIs, event-driven architecture, and secure system interoperability
- Ability to translate business priorities into target-state architecture, roadmaps, and practical solution designs
- Familiarity with formal architecture frameworks and modeling techniques such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business and IT teams
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as MS or MBA
- Experience with modern Commercial & Medical platforms such as CRM, omnichannel engagement, and medical communication systems
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Azure, and enterprise integration tools
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, master data, data products, or advanced analytics ecosystems
- Experience assessing and integrating AI/ML, generative AI, automation, or cloud-based capabilities in regulated, compliant environments
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with SAFe experience as a plus
