  • Executive accountability for mission-critical clearing platforms processing hundreds of millions of daily transactions
  • Leadership of large, globally distributed engineering organizations
  • Ownership of platform modernization, financial accuracy, settlement timeliness, resiliency, and regulatory compliance
  • Accountability for GenAI-led transformation strategy across clearing systems
  • Experience in audit-intensive, highly regulated environments
  • Ability to engage with SVPs, regulators, auditors, and external partners

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience including senior executive leadership roles
  • Proven leadership of 100+ engineer organizations
  • Background in payments, financial services, or transaction processing platforms
  • Demonstrated experience driving AI-enabled transformation in high-risk operational environments
  • Hands-on experience applying GenAI, ML, or advanced analytics in production systems
  • Track record leading modernization across legacy platforms
