Required

  • 8+ years building and operating high-performance networking systems in production
  • Proficiency in C, C++, and/or Golang
  • Deep expertise in Linux systems internals including kernel architecture and device drivers
  • In-depth knowledge of network programming and packet processing pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with kernel bypass technologies like XDP/eBPF, AF_XDP, and DPDK
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and networking accelerators like SmartNICs and DPUs
  • Leadership of engineering teams through software development lifecycle
  • Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Proven technical leadership experience
  • Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM)
  • Track record of open-source contributions (OVS, OVN, Multus, Cilium)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
