Required
- 8+ years building and operating high-performance networking systems in production
- Proficiency in C, C++, and/or Golang
- Deep expertise in Linux systems internals including kernel architecture and device drivers
- In-depth knowledge of network programming and packet processing pipelines
- Hands-on experience with kernel bypass technologies like XDP/eBPF, AF_XDP, and DPDK
- Understanding of TCP/IP and networking accelerators like SmartNICs and DPUs
- Leadership of engineering teams through software development lifecycle
- Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Proven technical leadership experience
- Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM)
- Track record of open-source contributions (OVS, OVN, Multus, Cilium)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
