Required
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- 3+ years occupational health, industrial nursing, case management, or employee health experience
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for occupational health programs
Nice to have
- Manufacturing or industrial occupational health nursing experience
- COHN or COHN-S certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience managing workplace injuries and workers compensation claims
- Experience with employee health initiatives
