Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on data analytics or business intelligence experience
  • 5+ years writing complex SQL against large datasets in cloud environments
  • 5+ years with data visualization or BI tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong grounding in metric definition and governance
  • Knowledge of cohort analysis, segmentation, funnel analysis, retention, CLV, and A/B testing
  • Comfort with Python or R for analysis and automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions and functions
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior analysts

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, data science)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer-facing industries
  • Track record of delivering analytics products that drove measurable business impact
  • Prior experience as a senior individual contributor influencing team practices and stakeholder decisions
  • Experience with semantic layers
  • Google Cloud Platform experience
