What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years DOT-PHMSA work experience or pipeline projects/operations
- Extensive knowledge of PHMSA regulations in 49 CFR 190, 191, 194, 195, 196 and API Recommended Practices
- 5+ years safety and environmental compliance experience or petroleum pipeline industry experience
- Ability to respond to emergency incidents
- Ability to implement sustainable organizational change
- Willingness to develop direct reports
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing and MVR monitoring
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering or STEM major
- Knowledge of NIMS-ICS system and ICS-100, 200, IS-700, 8002 certifications
- Government compliance background as DOT-PHMSA or State Pipeline Safety Inspector or Compliance Auditor
