Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HRBP roles
- Deep understanding of U.S. labor and employment laws
- Proven supervisory or team management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience within manufacturing or corporate setting
