- 20+ years of progressive tax leadership experience
- 5+ years in high-growth technology (SaaS and hardware) environment
- Multinational tax experience
- Deep expertise in US federal, state, and international tax reporting
- Experience leading teams through complex cross-border issues and audits
- IPO or public company experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Nice to have
- Big 4 public accounting background
- Master of Science in Taxation (MST), JD, or CPA
- Direct experience implementing or overseeing tax technology integrations
- Experience in financial reporting environments
