- One year of specialized experience in monitoring contracted services and quality assurance at GS-07 level, OR master's degree in Contract Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Eligible under one of the specified federal employment authority categories (current DHA/DoD civilian, military spouse, veteran, or other listed category)
- 52 weeks at GS-07 grade level if previously held a GS position within the last 52 weeks
