Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience monitoring and responding to live streaming service health in 24/7 broadcast or FAST channel environment
- Knowledge of digital protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HLS, SRT, RTMP, SSH)
- Ability to execute SCTE-35 cue insertion for live and recorded programming
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for audio/video and playout issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support role (IT Service Desk, TOC/NOC Operations, etc.)
Nice to have
- Direct sports broadcast production or production operations experience (TV studio, truck, or stadium broadcast)
- Knowledge of Content Distribution Networks
- Knowledge of 2110 Broadcast Networks
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows web servers
- Knowledge of Cloud Video Distribution platforms
- Experience with Multi-Viewer Systems
- Working knowledge of FAST distribution systems
- AI automation experience
- Knowledge of encoding standards (H.264, AAC, GOP structure, frame schemes, profiles, bitrates, aspect ratios)
- Troubleshooting experience in Linux/Mac/Windows environments
