Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
- Contract negotiation and milestone-based agreement experience
- ERP system proficiency (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning, precision grinding, EDM, tight-tolerance fabrication)
- Direct experience with machining commodities in aerospace (CNC components, castings, forgings, sheet metal, extrusions)
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards and supplier qualification processes
- Demonstrated supplier performance improvements through KPIs and recovery plans
- NPD or NPI supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
- Supplier risk assessment and machining cost modeling capability
- Understanding of material specifications, surface treatments, and inspection requirements for aerospace parts
