Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
  • Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
  • Contract negotiation and milestone-based agreement experience
  • ERP system proficiency (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning, precision grinding, EDM, tight-tolerance fabrication)
  • Direct experience with machining commodities in aerospace (CNC components, castings, forgings, sheet metal, extrusions)
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards and supplier qualification processes
  • Demonstrated supplier performance improvements through KPIs and recovery plans
  • NPD or NPI supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
  • Supplier risk assessment and machining cost modeling capability
  • Understanding of material specifications, surface treatments, and inspection requirements for aerospace parts
