What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years administering or configuring SaaS procurement or finance applications
- 3+ years working with modern integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architectures)
- Hands-on experience managing production SaaS configuration including testing, release management, and change control
- Experience with enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured configuration changes and document decisions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Background in enterprise technology, finance systems, or shared services in a media or complex organization
- Experience consulting on financial systems
