8+ years designing and implementing AV systems in enterprise environments
Proficiency in Q-Sys or similar control system programming
Hands-on experience with Google Meet and video conferencing platforms
Ability to read and create AV technical drawings (schematics, line diagrams, rack elevations)
Understanding of digital signal processing for audio (echo cancellation, noise reduction, EQ/dynamics, automixing)
Experience with enterprise video distribution and streaming technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines
Effective collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integrated systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

Q-Sys Level 2, CTS, or CTS-D certifications
Logitech video conferencing ecosystem and management platform experience
Lua scripting within Q-Sys
Broadcast production or live event engineering background
Experience with Netgear switches and AV over IP systems (QLAN, Dante, SMPTE 2110)
Digital signage platform familiarity (Appspace)
Acoustical design knowledge for conference spaces
Track record of large-scale office technology deployments
Previous AV installation experience
Background in high-growth technology companies
Google Workspace administration experience
