Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, legal studies, logistics, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of hands-on regulatory compliance experience with core expertise in U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR)
- Working knowledge of OFAC sanctions, FCPA standards, and USG contracting compliance rules (FAR/DFARS)
- Familiarity with U.S. government filing systems such as DECCS and SNAP-R
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for technical and business partners
- Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple compliance projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status
Nice to have

- Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) or other recognized trade compliance certification
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, satellite, or advanced hardware manufacturing
- Knowledge of USG contracting compliance, FAR/DFARS, or CFIUS regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance
