What they ask for
Required
- Lead large-scale brownfield ERP or enterprise systems transformation with experience migrating off or replacing existing systems
- Proven direct ownership of both Enterprise Technology and Systems Engineering functions
- Manage Director-level direct reports in a true leader-of-leaders scope
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, data center environments, or compliance-regulated industries (SOX, SOC 2)
- Deep expertise in identity and access management, device management, and endpoint platforms
- Strong operational and financial acumen with IT budget management and vendor relationship experience
- Executive presence with ability to communicate technology strategy and risk to senior leadership
- 15+ years in IT operations and enterprise systems with 8+ years leading multi-function IT organizations at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- SAP experience (strongly preferred)
- Direct experience supporting a company through IPO readiness
- Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency and automation across IT operations
- Experience at infrastructure, cloud, or AI company with physical infrastructure scaling
- Technology modernization or transformation through multiple company milestones including IPOs or M&A
- Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure environments including public and private cloud
- MBA or equivalent business strategy experience
