What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
  • 10+ years of direct spacecraft reliability experience including statistical process control and modeling/prediction
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
  • Ability to pass U.S. government background investigation
  • Knowledge of spaceflight subsystems and functions

Nice to have

  • Experience with reliability predictions for new spacecraft and space vehicle designs
  • Experience analyzing flight hardware failure data
  • Broad background in space systems engineering
  • Experience with NASA human spaceflight programs
  • Track record in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
