Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with RF/microwave, communications systems, or telecommunications emphasis
- Coursework in RF/microwave circuit design, antenna theory, digital/analog communications, signal processing, and electromagnetics
- 0–3 years of communications or RF systems experience
- U.S. citizenship
Nice to have
- Master's degree in relevant field
- RF/Communications or Telecommunications experience
- Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and power meters
- Experience with arbitrary waveform generators and signal injection techniques
- Knowledge of modulation/demodulation schemes like QPSK and link budget analysis
- Working knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G architectures including Core and RAN functions
- Exposure to telecom test equipment from Keysight or Anritsu
- Understanding of over-the-air test methodologies and RF link characterization
- Lab-based hardware integration experience including bench assembly, cabling, and harnessing
- Test procedure development, execution, and reporting experience
- Root cause analysis and anomaly resolution skills
- Eligibility to obtain or maintain a security clearance
