Required
- Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, math, physics, or related field
- 1–3 years of software engineering experience with shipped products
- Fluency in at least one backend language (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
- Strong system design fundamentals (API design, data modeling, async patterns, caching, queues)
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
