Required

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or partner success
  • Understanding of economics at the purchase moment and high-intent surfaces
  • Fluency in supply and yield metrics: fill rate, ad requests, impressions, viewability, eCPM, page yield
  • Fluency in affiliate metrics: EPC, AOV, CPA, CPC, conversion rate, cookie window, last-click attribution
  • Ad-tech literacy: CPC and CPM models, contextual targeting, ad serving, inventory quality, ad-tag mechanics
  • Ability to build reporting summaries, commercial decks, and revenue forecasts independently
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with ad-ops, programmatic, product, and merchant teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication across editorial, technical, and commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a large book of business and competing priorities independently
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

  • Direct affiliate marketing experience
  • Experience with ecommerce media networks or commerce platform monetization surfaces
  • Direct experience selling to or managing relationships with advertisers and brands
  • Track record with technology implementations that lift conversion at point of purchase
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify and its commerce infrastructure
  • Comfort operating across both affiliate and supply-side/yield metrics vocabularies
  • History of owning a book of business independently
