Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years equivalent technical experience
  • Strong Linux command-line interface skills
  • Git proficiency
  • 5+ years customer support experience in cloud, storage, or networking environments
  • Experience with container orchestration and workload management tools
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of HPC technologies

Nice to have

  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA)
  • AWS certifications (Machine Learning Specialty, Data Analytics Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional, Developer Associate)
