- 0-1 years relevant experience (Level I)
- Close tolerance manual machining in aerospace manufacturing
- Lapping, honing, or grinding skills
- 2+ years as Hone & Lap Operator Level I (Level II)
- 5+ years as Hone & Lap Operator (Level III)
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
