Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience including R&D, prototype development, NPI, or early-stage production
- Experience procuring materials, components, equipment, and services for R&D, prototypes, or development work
- Experience soliciting quotes, evaluating proposals, negotiating pricing and lead times, and issuing purchase orders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive purchases in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ERP, procurement, and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. personnel security clearance
- Eligible to obtain ITAR authorization from U.S. Department of State
Nice to have
- Experience supporting government-funded programs and FAR/DFARS compliance
- Knowledge of supplier quality management, obsolescence management, and supply chain risk mitigation
- Experience procuring specialized electronics, RF/radar hardware, test equipment, or aerospace/defense components
- Experience supporting classified programs and secure supply chain environments
