What they ask for
Required
- 8–10+ years in GRC and Information Security with hands-on federal compliance experience
- Experience building or maintaining FedRAMP programs on the CSP side
- Demonstrated fluency with NIST 800-53/FedRAMP relationship, 800-53A/B, and control inheritance concepts
- Ability to translate controls into functional tests with defined pass/failure conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- DoD impact-level (IL4/IL5) or CMMC experience
- StateRAMP experience
- CNSSI 1253/ICD 503 knowledge
- GovCloud or IL-environment architecture experience
- Prior product or content roles at a GRC platform
- CISSP-ISSEP, CISA, CCP/CCA, CISM, or equivalent certifications
- Experience with AI pair-programming tools and AI-augmented GRC workflows
