Required
- 10+ years progressive clinical data management in pharmaceutical/biotechnology
- Leadership of global studies across Phase I–IV
- Experience leading operational excellence or large-scale process harmonization
- Expertise designing governance frameworks and performance analytics at portfolio level
- Vendor oversight and performance governance experience
- Expert-level understanding of GxP regulations and global regulatory requirements
- Extensive experience leading regulatory GCP inspections and audits
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, data sciences, or related field
- Strong executive communication and influence skills
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable execution frameworks
