- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management
- 3–5 years in materials planning, scheduling, analyst or supervisor roles
- Knowledge of JIT automotive sequencing
- Working knowledge of operations, accounting, purchasing and automotive supply chain
- Advanced PC software, ERP and EDI proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional math, time management and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Formal lean manufacturing training
- Experience with customer measurement systems
- Broad supply chain process development knowledge
