- Recent graduate or student in Electronic Engineering, Physics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, or UTU Technological Engineer
- Experience with experimental setups for optical measurements using lasers or other light sources
- Experience handling delicate optical components (filters, mirrors, lenses)
- Experience with dimensional and optical metrology tools
- Basic workshop and precision tool proficiency
- Intermediate English
