What they ask for
Required
- Experience in trust and safety, policy enforcement, threat intelligence, or related field focused on influence operations, disinformation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, election integrity, or privacy and surveillance harms
- Experience building and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
- SQL and/or other data analysis tools proficiency
- Ability to identify emerging risks and threat actors and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with generative AI products including prompt writing for content review
- Understanding of product policy implementation challenges at scale
Nice to have
- Cross-platform investigations into influence operations or disinformation campaigns
- OSINT techniques and tools for threat actor tracking
- Knowledge of privacy law, surveillance technology, or data broker ecosystems
- Understanding of how AI can be misused for synthetic personas or automated persuasion
- Election security frameworks or campaign finance law familiarity
- Experience with regulatory landscapes like DSA, EU AI Act, FEC regulations, GDPR
- Work with election bodies, civil society, or government agencies on integrity issues
- Python proficiency for data analysis and automation
- Dark web monitoring or threat actor tracking across web environments
