Required

  • PhD in sport/movement science, engineering, or related field with 1+ years relevant experience, OR M.S. with 2+ years experience, OR B.S. with 7+ years experience
  • Expert knowledge of footwear and sport biomechanics
  • Experience conducting biomechanics and mechanical/physiological testing
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex test data into actionable product insights
  • Experience leading enterprise-level innovation projects
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage people and lead concurrent projects

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of sportswear and/or fitness industry
  • Computer programming experience
  • Experience with Mac and/or PC platforms
