Required
- Background in at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, or technical marketing
- Ability to teach and facilitate technical sessions to large groups of engineers
- Hands-on technical credibility and ability to build and demo
- Operational skill to design and run repeatable programs
- 25% travel
Nice to have
- Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tools
- Track record building customer-facing technical programs from scratch
- Deep enterprise software background and understanding of how large organizations make platform decisions
