What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5-7+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production
- Excellent communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills to balance multiple customer engagements
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and ownership for delivering value
Nice to have
- Understanding of data science concepts, model interpretability, and explainability techniques

- Familiarity with the ML/DS lifecycle including feature generation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation
- Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems
