What they ask for
Required
- 2+ years aerospace quality inspection experience on production hardware
- Expert use of precision hand tools for dimensional inspection
- Ability to perform in-process and final inspections on propulsion components and assemblies
- Ability to work extended periods on production floor, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of MRB processes and non-conformance documentation
- Clear communication with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Nice to have
- Prior COPV and/or avionics hardware inspection experience
- Experience with electrical connectors, harnesses, and integrated assemblies
- Ability to take initiative on quality improvement projects without formal authority
- Strong organizational skills in ambiguous or undefined environments
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
