What they ask for
Required
- Experience in trust & safety, integrity, or risk policy work
- Hands-on operational experience owning or quality-checking live enforcement queues
- Subject matter expertise in KYC, identity verification, age/identity assurance, or verification program operations
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes like DSA and GDPR as design constraints
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy partners
- Ability to use data tools like SQL to measure effectiveness
- Strong written communication and ability to produce clear briefs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent judgment on ambiguous enforcement cases
Nice to have
- Experience with graduated or tiered enforcement systems
- Experience with geographic access restrictions, sanctions screening, or reseller policy
- Experience building or scaling a contractor review bench
- Deep interest in AI safety and responsible technology development
- Experience writing prompts for generative AI in content review or enforcement contexts
