  • 4+ years work experience with PhD in relevant field, or 6+ years with relevant Master's degree
  • Proven track record solving complex business problems with data science and ML
  • Experience communicating outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
  • End-to-end data science development capability: planning, success criteria, stakeholder buy-in, solution delivery
  • Strong practical ML and statistics knowledge
  • Production code and test writing experience
  • Detail-oriented and thoughtful decision maker
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Current residence in the United States

  • Background or familiarity with identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries
