- Proven track record solving complex business problems with data science and ML
- Experience communicating outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
- End-to-end data science development capability: planning, success criteria, stakeholder buy-in, solution delivery
- Strong practical ML and statistics knowledge
- Production code and test writing experience
- Detail-oriented and thoughtful decision maker
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Current residence in the United States
