- Deep expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript at scale
- Quantifiable track record of growing user base or revenue from a web property
- Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate experiments end-to-end
- Direct experience working inside or alongside a CRO function
- Experience with marketing-tech tooling like Unbounce, Framer, or Webflow
- Experience with PostHog, Amplitude, or Segment for funnel instrumentation
- Experience shipping to production on revenue-critical surfaces with feature flagging and rollback discipline
