Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts
- Forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Warehouse operations experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift/PIV certification
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
- Work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
- Climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Follow food safety, quality, and grooming standards
- Wear and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively in English
- At least 18 years old
