Hands-on AWS experience with IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, Route 53, CloudWatch, load balancers, and EFS
AWS governance, IAM policies, and security best practices implementation
Linux systems administration
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Monitoring and observability tools like Datadog
Production incident response and on-call participation
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

Enterprise-scale Kubernetes operations experience
GitOps tools like Argo CD
